Novice Squad

The Novice Squad is where gymnasts begin their exciting journey into competitive rhythmic gymnastics. Designed for those ready to challenge themselves and grow as individual performers, this squad follows Levels 1 and 2 of the British Gymnastics competition pathway.

Here, gymnasts will learn two individual routines and work towards performing them at club and regional competitions. Training focuses on developing confidence, expression, and strong technical foundations while nurturing each gymnast’s enjoyment of performing and achieving their personal best.

Gymnasts invited to this squad are expected to attend both weekly training sessions to support their continued progress and development.
