Intermediate Squad
Gymnasts Aged 9+ | BG Level 3 - 4
The Intermediate Squad is for gymnasts who have progressed through the CRG pathway and are advancing to Level 2 of the British Gymnastics competition structure. This stage marks an exciting step forward in their rhythmic gymnastics journey, as they continue to refine their technique and artistry.

Training at this level is more intensive, and gymnasts are expected to show commitment, focus, and a strong work ethic. They will learn choreography for two individual routines and work towards developing the skills needed to progress to Level 3 competition.

Gymnasts invited to this squad are required to attend both weekly training sessions to ensure steady progress and readiness for upcoming competitions.
